Great family dinner. We had a fantastic server named Sharon. She was efficient & friendly & patient with our party of 10. Looking forward to our next dinner!

Had a great lunch and fantastic, responsive service from Sharon. I had the chicken strips and side salad and my Babe had the Tri-tip sandwich with fries. Will definitely be back.
An other good breakfast, with the comfort of non-rushed coffee to start the day off right . I'm not big on Chulua or Tabasco , it would be cool if y'all could add Tapatio to the hot sauces . Just a review from an Other neighborhood Bear who enjoys breakfast here .

I had a world class waitress . She was so accommodating. Appreciate her personal touch . Her name was Buffy. I hope that the Black Bear Diner really appreciates her hard work and dedication. You go Buffy!!!!

Admittedly, I had not been here in awhile because the last time I came the food was just okay and kinda left me disappointed. However this morning, everything I had was delicious! But what really prompted me to write the review is how friendly and hospitable the staff was. It was very noticeable how nice everyone was down to the host and waiter. They were also very attentive and never left us wondering where they were. They also were interacting with our kids and keeping them happy too! Lastly, the kids love the rustic feel inside. It was nice to experience that because my personal experience is after COVID a lot of places are running short staffed and understandably, sometimes there ends up being holes in the operation. But not here!
Love this location because of the service and the food as well, of course. Danny delivers! He is all smiles and is efficient. If your experience is t perfect, he will make sure it is! The food is sooo good, but you still might want to consider sharing because portions are huge!
